How far in advance should I book my surfboard rental?

We recommend booking at least 7 days in advance to ensure surfboard availability.** .

What types of surfboards do you offer?

We mainly rent tinted resin surfboards Christenson, Channel Islands and Lost surfboards, Suitable for different skill levels. The available models are displayed during the booking process.

What are the pickup or delivery hours? (check-in) ?

Equipment pickup takes place between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM.

What are the return hours? (check-out) ?

👉 **The equipment must be returned before 10:00 AM on the last day of the rental.**

What happens in case of a delay?

👉 **Any delay will automatically result in an additional day being charged, which may be deducted from the security deposit if necessary. We understand that plans can sometimes change, so feel free to** contact us 👉 **so that we can adapt as best as possible to any unexpected changes.**

Can I cancel my booking ?

You can cancel your booking up to 30 days before the delivery date free of charge and receive a full refund.

If you cancel less than 30 days before the delivery date, you will receive a voucher for the amount paid, valid for a future rental within 3 months.

If your plans have changed, please contact our team as soon as possible. In case of no-show on the day of delivery, no refund or credit will be issued.

What should I do in case of an accident, damage, loss, or theft ?

In case of damage, repair or replacement costs may be deducted from the security deposit depending on the condition of the equipment.

In case of loss or theft, the equipment must be reimbursed at its replacement value (deducted from the security deposit).

The equipment remains under the renter’s responsibility for the entire duration of the rental. The renter is responsible for it and must ensure it is used safely.

Under no circumstances can Rent Surf be held liable for any material damage or personal injury resulting from the use of the rented equipment.
