Shipping policy

1. Scope of application

This shipping policy applies to all orders placed on the Rent Surf website, concerning:

  • the sale of accessories,

  • any shippable physical products.

⚠️ Important:
Surfboard rentals are hand-delivered only and are not shipped, unless explicitly stated otherwise.


2. Delivery areas

We currently ship to:

  • Mainland France

  • European Union


3. Order processing time

Orders are processed within:

  • 1 to 3 business days

after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).


4. Estimated delivery times

Area Estimated delivery time
France 2 to 5 business days
Europe 3 to 8 business days

These delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier and peak periods.


5. Shipping fees

Shipping costs are:

  • automatically calculated at checkout,

  • displayed before final order confirmation.

They depend on:

  • destination country,

  • package weight and size,

  • selected carrier.


6. Carriers used

We mainly use:

  • La Poste / Colissimo
    (depending on destination)


7. Order tracking

A confirmation email including a tracking number is sent once the order has been shipped.

The customer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.


8. Delivery issues

Lost or damaged package

The customer must contact us within 48 hours of receipt or the estimated delivery date at:

and provide:

  • order number,

  • description of the issue,

  • photos if necessary.

We will open an investigation with the carrier.


9. Incorrect or unclaimed address

If a package is returned due to:

  • incorrect address,

  • recipient absence,

  • unclaimed package,

reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.


10. Surfboard rentals (important reminder)

Rented surfboards are:

  • hand-delivered only,

  • at the location agreed upon at the time of booking.

No surfboards are shipped as part of the standard rental service.
