Refund policy

1. Scope of application

This policy applies to:

  • the sale of accessories and physical products,
  • surf equipment rental bookings.

Terms may vary depending on the type of service or product.

PART A – SURFBOARD RENTAL

2. Bookings and deposits

Any booking becomes confirmed once a deposit has been paid.

The deposit corresponds to a reservation service and the blocking of the equipment.

3. Cancellation conditions – Surfboard rental

Time before rental start Refund
More than 30 days Full refund
Less than 30 days Voucher valid for 3 months
No-show No refund

Weather conditions do not constitute valid grounds for a refund.

4. Early termination of rental

No refund will be granted in the event of:

  • early return of the equipment,
  • poor weather conditions,
  • injury or personal circumstances preventing the client from surfing.

 

PART B – SALE OF ACCESSORIES / PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

5. Right of withdrawal (EU customers)

In accordance with the law, customers within the European Union have:

🕒 14 calendar days after receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.

6. Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • unused,
  • in its original packaging,
  • in perfect condition,
  • accompanied by proof of purchase.

 

Certain items may be excluded for hygiene or safety reasons.

7. Return procedure

The customer must contact:

and provide:

  • order number,
  • product concerned,
  • reason for return.

 

No return will be accepted without prior approval.

8. Return shipping costs

Unless the return is due to our error:

  • return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

9. Refunds – Products

After receipt and inspection:

  • refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days,
  • using the original payment method.

 

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

10. Damaged or defective products

The customer must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery, including photos as evidence.

After verification, we will proceed with:

  • a replacement, or
  • a full refund.

 

PART C – INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (USA & NON-EU)

11. Non-EU customers

Returns are accepted under the same conditions as above.

Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.

International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

PART D – GENERAL PROVISIONS

12. Refund methods

Refunds are issued exclusively via:

  • credit/debit card (Stripe)

 

13. Refund refusal

We reserve the right to refuse a refund in the event of:

  • abuse,
  • used or damaged products,
  • failure to comply with these conditions.
